Natalie Kwon, Administrative Assistant
Natalie graduated from James Madison University in 2016 majoring in Health Sciences with a minor in Computer Science. Born and raised in South Korea until she was around ten, Natalie has been residing in the Northern Virginia area ever since.
With her passion in fitness and health, she hopes to complete her education in becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant. Outside of work, Natalie trains for competitive bodybuilding during in-season, and hopes to earn her IFBB pro card some day.
Katie Morley, Accounts Manager
Katie was born and raised right here in the great state of Virginia! She started working for Pediatric Achievements in October 2015 after gaining 5 years of customer service management experience. In her spare time, Katie enjoys cooking, baking, and arts & crafts. Her favorite type of food to cook is Italian! Katie is also fluent in Spanish. She loves to spend time with her toddler, Aiden, who keeps her busy!
Nicole Strauss, Office Manager
Nicole is the Office Manager for Pediatric Achievements, and has been with the business since January 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from UMUC and started her Master’s Program in Business Management with a specialization in Public Relations.
Nicole is a native of Manitowoc, WI and a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan. Her husband and two teenage children moved to the DC Metro area from Okinawa, Japan. Their oldest daughter graduated from FSU and resides in FL. Nicole and her family have lived in 6 states and spent a total of 6 years in Japan.
Nicole spends many hours watching her daughter play soccer and her son’s lacrosse games. On weekends she and her family take the opportunity to experience everything DC and the surrounding area has to offer from sporting events to the theater & concerts, boating the Potomac, visiting museums, biking the numerous trails, and wine tastings.
Brittany Friederichs, Administrative Assistant
Brittany has been with the clinic since May 2018. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was born and raised in the suburbs, just south of the Twin Cities. She and her husband grew up a town apart, but never met until their junior year of college where they worked together at the campus bookstore!
In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking, much to her husband’s delight! She also likes reading, exploring the DC area, and going on hikes with her fur baby, Minnie, a German-Australian Shepard.
