​The Owner and Clinic Director, Erin Clemens, is an Occupational Therapist and one of only 3 OTs in the entire state of Virginia who is AOTA Board Certified in Pediatrics!  She is also the President of the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association.


While we are currently taking new patients, our after-school and Saturday appointment spots are slim, so you may be placed on a waiting list for a permanent treatment spot.  Please call for the most current information.

Our clinic is located at:

2235 Tackett's Mill Drive, Suite C

Lake Ridge, Virginia


Therapy services are primarily provided in our clinic with occasional services provided in day cares, private schools, and homes.  Specific treatment location will vary based on family situation, needs of the child, diagnosis, and scheduling.  There is a travel fee associated with treatment outside the clinic.
